The studio

About

PLACEHOLDER — replace with artist biography. A practice of looking slowly at buildings, streets, and the weather that sits on them. Drawings made on site and finished in the studio, with attention to structure, light, and the spaces between.

Approach

PLACEHOLDER — replace with artistic approach. Fine charcoal and ink on paper. Time spent standing in a place until the line knows what to keep. Proportion first, then the small accidents of a hand-drawn elevation.

Background

PLACEHOLDER — replace with background and experience. Training in architecture and drawing, years of independent studio work, and a focus on cities observed at walking pace.
